At Veterinarian Recommended Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  After we inspect your return to ensure it is in unworn condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
